Chapter Meetings
The Puget Sound Chapter hosts monthly chapter meetings, except in July and August when we break for summer. We typically host one summer social event (ex. Seattle Mariners game, etc.). Meetings are open to all and are held the second Thursday of the month at Ivar's Acres of Clams on Pier 54 on Seattle's waterfront from 5:30-8:00PM. Chapter meetings include dinner, drinks, and a presentation.
September is our yearly kick-off meeting, in December we host a holiday social, March is our chapter tradeshow, PROSPEC, and in June we wrap up the year with our chapter annual meeting, awards banquet, and board installation.
New members! First meeting is free. Visit the Calendar page for a list of upcoming meetings and events. If you have an idea for a chapter meeting presentation that may be of interest to members please contact us at office@psccsi.org.
Educational Events
We offer several education events each year. These are typically webinar-style held via Zoom from 12-1PM. If you have an idea for an educational event that may be of interest to members please contact us at office@psccsi.org.
Mentor/Mentee Connections
In fall 2025, the Puget Sound Chapter CSI launched the PSCCSI Mentor/Mentee Connections Program — an opportunity to grow professionally, build meaningful connections, and strengthen the chapter’s membership. Whether you’re looking to develop your skills as a mentee or share your experience as a mentor, this program offers a structured yet flexible way to support career development and share knowledge.
Why Participate?
Mentees – Gain valuable insights, build confidence, and navigate your career with the support of an experienced mentor.
Mentors – Make a lasting impact by guiding others while honing your own leadership and coaching skills.
How It Works
Based on a short survey, we thoughtfully pair Mentors and Mentees based on shared interests, goals, and experience. Mentors and Mentees are asked to meet monthly and to focus on a different topic from skill development to strengthening connections each
month. A program timeline will be provided after registering. Mentors
and Mentees can arrange meeting times and places that fit with their schedules.
Participants will receive helpful resources, regular check-ins, and support
throughout the program. If any time during the program there are concerns
about meeting, Mentor or Mentee can choose to end the relationship or seek a
different match.
Want to Get Involved?
If you are interested in being a mentor or mentee, email office@psccsi.org.
PROSPEC Tradeshow
PROSPEC is our annual March chapter meeting and tradeshow typically held in early-to-mid March at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on Seattle's waterfront. Visit the PROSPEC page to learn more.
